Fansub Update: Winter Cicada and Saint Beast!
A new OAV for the slash-fan's dream anime Saint Beast is coming out, and the aarinfantasy group has the first episode fansubbed, also at Animesuki.

Early April Updates
Due to illness and travel, Boys on Boys on Film has been a little out of the loop for the past couple of weeks! We know that our visitors realize that real life can intrude, and we are working hard to catch up! Here's a few news items we missed in the last two weeks:
Thunderbolt Boys: Excite Volume 2, and Volume 1 Replacement Pages
Volume 2 of Thunderbolt Boys: Excite is available in Media Blasters' store before the official release date! The second volume contains replacement pages for the misprinted pages in Volume 1, which you can tear out of the book and attach on top of the incorrect pages in Volume 1.
If you prefer, Kitty Media is also offering printable replacement pages on their website, kittymedia.com. After verifying your age, look in the "News" box on the main page. You should see links to the printable pages.
Release Date for Delivery Cupid
According to a press release posted at MangaCast Blog, Boysenberry Books will be releasing their first offering, Delivery Cupid, on July 27, 2007. The Release Calendar has been updated to reflect this.
New Yaoi Anime Information
Fuyu no Semi (Winter Cicada)
This three-volume OAV is part of the Haru wo Daiteita (Embracing Love) franchise; it is the story of a film that main characters Iwaki and Katou star in, in the manga. Fuyu no Semi DVD volumes 1 and 2 have been released in Japan, however, the third volume has been delayed until June 22 (source: FuyuSemi Official Site).

Okane ga Nai! (No Money!)
The first of four episodes of the Okane ga Nai! OAV is out in Japan, and has been fansubbed by aarinfantasy. Get it at Baka-Updates or wherever you download your torrents!
Close the Last Door
The Close the Last Door OAV was released on DVD in Japan on March 23. (Edit: As of May 1, this has been fansubbed by aarinfantasy.)
KirePapa
Here's one we didn't know about: Takagi Ryou's KirePapa will become an OAV, released to Japanese DVD on June 29, 2007! KirePapa is the very pervy tale of a beautiful writer who tries to drive away the predatory friends of his high school son, but there's one boy he just can't get rid of. Check out PrimeTime, the Japanese production company releasing both KirePapa and Ikoku Irokoi Romantan.
Ikoku Irokoi Romantan
The Japanese DVD release of Yamane Ayano's Ikoku Irokoi Romantan has been pushed back slightly to July 27, 2007. "IIR is the story of the young yakuza heir Ranmuru on his honeymoon, and the blond Italian cruise ship captain, Al Valentino," says mailing list member sunflower_1343. Thank you for the information!

"Deux" More Titles
ICv2 News has a writeup today on Aurora Publishing and Deux Press. They are reporting that Deux has licensed two more titles in addition to Makoto Tateno's Hate to Love You:
- Spring Fever by Yugi Yamada - one volume with two separate stories.
- I Shall Never Return by Kazuna Uchida - five volume older BL series (1992-1996). This is the manga on which the I Shall Never Return OAV DVD, which Media Blasters is releasing this month, is based.

Announcing Aurora Publishing, Deux Press and Hate to Love You
Aurora Publishing is a new publisher establishing a North American presence. The company is a subsidiary of Japanese publisher Ohzora Publising Co. While Aurora will be focusing on shoujo and josei manga (manga for college age and older females), they are also launching a BL imprint, Deux Press.
Deux Press' first license is Hate to Love You, a one-volume BL manga by Makoto Tateno. Not much information is available about this new imprint, but we'll be watching to see what they do in the coming months!
